Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a takeaway menu experience and services, which implies full acceptance of these conditions.

1. Subject of the Contract

This contract governs the purchase of takeaway menu experiences and services offered through the Crottiamo.it website.

The experiences consist of booking a takeaway menu and services at participating restaurants and businesses. Crottiamo.it acts solely as an intermediary between the user and the restaurant/business, ensuring the promotion of the activities listed.

2. Booking and Purchase

Availability: Availability is subject to the dates indicated on the website, based on established availability.
Purchase Process: To purchase an experience, you must select the desired menu, date, and number of participants. Payment will be made using the methods indicated on the website.
Confirmation: Following payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing all the details of the reservation (restaurant name, date, time, menu, number of people, and a reservation code/voucher, if applicable). This email constitutes proof of purchase. In addition to the invoice certifying the purchase
Accuracy of Data: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the booking process. Crottiamo.it will not be responsible for any problems arising from incorrect or incomplete data.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices: The prices of the experiences are indicated in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change and are those in effect at the time of purchase.
Payment Methods: The payment methods indicated on the website (e.g., credit cards, PayPal) are accepted. Payment must be completed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations

On Your Part:
- Cancellation: Cancellations are not permitted, but changes may be made. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
On the Part of the Restaurant/Activity or Crottiamo.it: In rare cases, Crottiamo.it may have to cancel or modify a reservation due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be promptly informed and offered the option to:
- Move the experience to a new available date.
- Receive a voucher of equal value for another experience on Crottiamo.it.

4.1 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings relating to leisure services—such as dinners, events, or food and wine experiences—when a specific date or period of performance is specified.

Therefore, once the booking has been purchased, it will not be possible to cancel the order or request a refund, unless otherwise indicated or expressly agreed by us.

5. Enjoying the Experience

Presentation: Upon arrival at the restaurant/activity, you will need to present your booking confirmation (digital or paper) and, if requested, a form of ID.
Menu Content: The takeaway menu is as specified at the time of purchase.
Allergies and Intolerances: It is your responsibility to check for any allergens listed on the website before purchasing.

6. Liability

Crottiamo.it:Crottiamo.it is committed to providing an efficient and reliable booking service. However, Crottiamo.it is not responsible for:
- Any damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered while enjoying the experience at the restaurant/business.
- Disputes between you and the restaurant/business.
Restaurant/Activity: The restaurant/activity is solely responsible for the proper provision of the service purchased, the quality of the food, safety, and compliance with current regulations.

7. Reviews

You have the option to leave reviews about your experience. Reviews must be truthful and comply with the principles of fairness and non-defamation. Crottiamo.it reserves the right to remove inappropriate reviews.

8. Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on Crottiamo.it.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract shall be settled by the Court of Sondrio.
